International Conference CILTEM 2025

The International Conference CILTEM 2025 brings together researchers, academics, industry experts and students to discuss innovative approaches in construction, infrastructure, logistics and transport economics and management.
The conference aims to foster exchange of knowledge and good practices that support sustainable development and technological progress in the built environment.

The conference will also highlight ongoing international cooperation projects and research programs of interest, including participation in initiatives such as Horizon Europe, EIT Climate-KIC, COST, CERV, and Erasmus+


Abstract Submission Guidelines for the CILTEM 2025 International Conference

Authors submitting abstracts are required to follow the formatting and structure guidelines identical to those used for full articles in the conference proceedings.

General Requirements:

  • Language: Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Length: Between 250 and 300 words.

Abstract Content Must Include:

  • Title: Clear, specific, and reflective of the research topic or findings.
  • Author(s) Information: Full name(s), academic degree(s), current position(s), institutional affiliation(s), full address(es), and e-mail(s). Centered and properly formatted.
  • Abstract Text (one paragraph, no headings or bullet points), covering:
    • Research objective
    • Problem statement
    • Methodology
    • Main results
    • Conclusions and significance
  • Keywords: 3 to 5 keywords describing the study.
  • References (optional): Only if necessary to understand or support the abstract, and in APA 7th edition style.

Formatting and Layout:

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Title: 12 pt, UPPERCASE, Bold, centred
  • Author name(s): 12 pt, Bold Italic, centred
  • Author information: 10 pt, Italic, centred
  • Abstract text: 12 pt, justified alignment
  • Keywords: 12 pt, normal, justified
  • Spacing: Single (1.0)
  • Page size: A4; Margins left – 30 mm, right – 10 mm, top – 20 mm, bottom – 20 mm
  • Paragraphs: First line indented 1.25 cm; no spacing before or after
  • Do not include tables, figures, or formulas

Please note that participation is contingent upon the submission of both a presentation and a corresponding paper. Submissions consisting of a presentation without a corresponding full paper will not be accepted.

Important Dates:

  • Abstract submission deadline: November 15, 2025
  • Full paper submission deadline: November 17, 2025
  • Conference program announcement: November 17–20, 2025

Please note that registration will be confirmed upon abstract submission.

Researchers are invited to submit original scientific articles addressing the conference topics. All accepted papers will be published in the official CILTEM 2025 Conference Proceedings.
